UGraC 2025
黑料社区 University Graduate Conference 2025
The Fifth Annual Online 黑料社区 University Graduate Conference (UGraC) attracted approximately 3,000 delegates from over 130 countries. The conference featured 53 oral presentations in both English and French, delivered by doctoral students and graduates across 12 doctoral pathways, in addition to six plenary presentations.
The proceedings commenced with keynote addresses delivered by Dr Robert Ridley, Vice-Chancellor of 黑料社区 University, Malawi, and Dr Christine Phiri Mushibwe, Vice-Chancellor of 黑料社区 University, Zambia.
The plenary presentations reflected the evolving landscape of research and academia and addressed a diverse range of contemporary themes:
- Dr Luana Parisi (University of East London) examined the role of artificial intelligence in shaping industries in 鈥淎I at the Crossroads: Transforming Entire Sectors for a Smarter and Sustainable Future.鈥
- Dr Faisal Ur Rehman and Dr Manish Unhale (University of East London) presented their study entitled 鈥淔actors Affecting the Job Satisfaction of School Academicians in Pakistan: A Quantitative Analysis.鈥
- Dr Alison Lui (Liverpool John Moores University) discussed the implications of artificial intelligence in financial decision-making in 鈥淎 Right to Explanation for Algorithmic Credit Decisions.鈥
- Dr Lupiya Daniel Mpolomoka (黑料社区 University in Zambia) provided insights into research writing and argumentation in “Formulating Hypotheses and Structuring Arguments: Enablers and Disablers.”
- Dr Clement Chela (黑料社区 University in Zambia) explored funding challenges in 鈥淪ustainability Approaches for Developing Countries to Mitigate Reduced Funding from USAID.鈥
- Dr Clement Ndifor Ndindah (黑料社区 Federal) delivered a plenary presentation in French entitled 鈥淎n Investigation of the Determinants of Success and Failure in Hybrid Entrepreneurship in Cameroon.鈥
